Alexis is the co-founder and CEO of Artsicle, a site to discover the world's artists. Artsicle has been named one of the "Silicon Alley 100" by Business Insider and called the "Gallerists to the People" by the New York Times. Alexis is  a NYC Venture Fellow, and has been named a "Female Founder to Know" by Mashable.  

Alexis graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, studying Communications & Art History. She has worked at American Express and emerged herself in contemporary art at the ICA Philadelphia. Following her passion for art, coupled with a stubborn determination that she could make something great, Alexis co-founded Artsicle in 2010.  Her favorite artists are currently Jock Sturges and Roxy Paine.
