Erin joined the Good Eggs team in 2013 to grow the company's operations in Brooklyn and make her grocery dream-store come to life online. Prior to Good Eggs, Erin was the managing editor of the James Beard award-winning food website Serious Eats for five years. She co-wrote the website's first book, published by Random House in 2011. During her tenure at Serious Eats, she had the pleasure of meeting many of the amazing farmers and food makers who have redefined what and how we eat. Erin loves connecting the people who grow and make our food with the local community.
