The healthcare system has improved in many dramatic ways over the last few decades, but many feel that it has ignored the single most important caregiver: the patient him/herself.  This panel will discuss the various ways in which patients can take control of their own health today, particularly with the explosion of digital health solutions affording unprecedented access to health history data.
